PERSONALISED SOUND AND FREQUENCY
What Is Your Birth Tone?
Discover your personal note within a twelve-note musical octave
Understanding Your Birth Tone
Sound is created through vibration, and musical sound can be arranged into a series of notes. Within the Biostar Birth Tone method, your birth information is used to identify a personal note within a twelve-note musical octave.
The calculation uses your month and day of birth, together with its position in a zodiac-based Birth Row, to locate the closest corresponding musical note.
This note is referred to as your Base Birth Tone. The method may also identify an Inverse Birth Tone, which represents a complementary note within this particular sound-frequency system.
How Is Your Birth Tone Calculated?
Your month and day of birth are converted into a numerical value and matched to the closest note within the twelve-note Birth Row.
The twelve-note octave includes: C, C♯, D, D♯, E, F, F♯, G, G♯, A, A♯ and B.
The calculation identifies your Base Birth Tone and may also identify an Inverse Birth Tone.
Where the birth dates of your mother and father are available, their Birth Tones may also be calculated and compared with your own tone. These values can be added, subtracted or matched to the closest notes in the Birth Row as part of the complete Biostar Birth Tone worksheet.
This is a structured complementary sound-wellness calculation. It is not a medical or biological test.
Understanding the Birth Tone Method
A Structured Musical Framework
The Birth Tone system works with twelve musical notes. Your month and day of birth are matched to the closest note within the zodiac-based Birth Row.
Two Complementary Notes
The calculation may provide both a Base Birth Tone and an Inverse Birth Tone. These tones can be used individually or together within a personalised listening track.
A Personalised Sound Experience
Birth Tone calculations are used to select personalised sound frequencies for relaxation, meditation and mindful listening. They do not diagnose illness or predict health.

It is not automatically the correct tone for every listener, because each person’s Birth Tone is calculated from their own month and day of birth.
Listen at a comfortable volume. Stop listening if the sound causes discomfort, agitation, dizziness or a headache.
